If you have not yet heard from Coach Conger with a user name and password for meet entries (this is not the same password you will use for the Members section of the team website), please contact her at (linda.conger@ymcatvidaho.org or 377-4886, ext 426) and tell her you need your temporary user name and password for DirectAthletics.   

After receiving your user name and password, go to http://www.directathletics.com/index.html 

If this is the first time you have used the Direct Athletics site, click on the “New Users Click Here” link (left hand side).  (After your account has been set up you will only have to enter your login and password on their Home Page.) 

Under Existing Users NOT New Users put in the username/password which Coach Conger gave you in both the username and password boxes, click login.  You will be asked to change the password and put in your email.  (Do not create a new account.)

If this is your first visit, you will be asked to enter a new Password (one you can remember) and your email address (for confirmation of entry).

Assuming you get the message “Your password and email address were changed successfully” you then:

Click on the meet you want to enter 

Then click on the “Register” button.  A list of eligible events will show up.  Click on those you wish your swimmer to enter.  Be sure to pay attention to any special instructions listed under the name of the meet (i.e. how many events you can enter). 

Click “Submit”.  This will take you to the confirmation email link.  

Coach Linda will be downloading the entries each night and will let you know if she has any questions.
