BOISE Y SWIM TEAM
2010-11 REGISTRATION PACKET
FOR NEW MEMBERS
If you are interested in joining our team, please download the 2010-11 Registration Packet (posted below) and read through it carefully. (If you have been a member of the Boise Y Swim Team at any time since September, 2009, you do not need to fill out a New Member Packet--see Instructions under Continuing & Returning Members.)
Swimmers may join our team at any time during the year. Swimmers may try out the team for 10 days but we must receive the completed Registration Packet, a copy of your child’s birth certificate, and a check for $54 for USA Swimming Registration by the end of the 10 days.
Once we have received your completed packet and your USA Swimming Registration fee, we will email you information and the password you will need to access your personal member account on our website. This secure account is very important as your personal information, as well as all current and historical billing information, will reside here for your review.
You will also be using our secure website to sign your swimmer up for meets and other team activities and to sign yourself up for volunteer opportunities. All of your swimmers times will be available here as well.
